Company Health & Safety Policy

 

It is the policy of Keating & Doyle Ltd;

 

To comply with the current health and safety legislation, the relevant statutory provision of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work act 2005, The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work General Application Regulations, 2007 (and all other regulations made under the 2005 Act that may be relevant to Keating & Doyle Ltd) and the Construction Regulations, 2013.

 

To protect the safety, health and welfare of all employees and all others who may be affected by our operations, by maintaining a safe place and system of work in so far as is reasonably practicable.

 

To Identify hazards in the place of work and to assess the risk to safety and health and to control risks as far as is practicable so that they are reduced to an acceptable level.

 

To promote a strong health and safety culture throughout our business and encourage our employees to take personal ownership of health and safety

 

To consult with our employees on health and safety related issues, to provide adequate training and to encourage their involvement in safe systems of working.

 

To ensure that this policy is available to interested parties and that the policy is periodically reviewed and remains relevant and appropriate to our organisation.
